We are on the lookout for a skilled Workshop Foreman to join our Tom Price, WA branch. As the Workshop Foreman, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop, handling the servicing and maintenance of our extensive earthmoving equipment. Your responsibilities will range from team management, mechanical diagnosis and repairs to equipment dispatch, stock takes, and client coordination.
What we're looking for:
- Trade qualification in Heavy Duty Plant Mechanics (Essential)
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Plant Mechanic
- Solid knowledge of Heavy Duty Equipment
- Competence in routine maintenance procedures
- Driver License, HR preferred
- Forklift/High-risk work licenses desirable
- Branch management experience desirable
- Hands-on approach with sound computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible work hours/days
- Ability to pass a Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
