Our new MAN Prime Mover

Brooks Hire have added a brand new MAN Prime Mover to our fleet. We will be operating this truck in the Pilbara to transport our own machinery to jobs and to transport other peoples plant.

Brooks Hire acquire B & J Breaker Hire

Brooks Hire Service has taken over operations at B & J Breaker Hire from the 1st of July, 2010. B & J Breakers are the rockbreaker hire specialists in Western Australia with rockbreakers up to 30T, as well as back hoes, bobcats & front end loaders.

The acquisition brings a large increase in the machinery available from Brooks Hire, particularly excavators, it also has improved our wet hire capabilities as we now have our own experienced operators. Call (08) 9455 1212 for more details.

Brooks Hire opens new branch in the Pilbara

Thirty years ago on Barrow Island, Doug Brooks worked as a heavy duty mechanic for WAPET (now Chevron). He purchased two air compressors on bankcard and established Brooks Hire Service. Since then the company has grown to a fleet of over 150 pieces of machinery and is proud to have the largest fleet of new and recent medium sized loaders available for hire in WA.

Today, Brooks Hire Service Pty Ltd is proud to be opening a new branch in the Pilbara. Brooks Hire has always provided the highest quality machinery and service to Western Australia, our new branch in Karratha will allow us to improve that service in the North West.

Demand for Brooks Hire equipment has been so great we have expanded our fleet dramatically in 2007. We now offer 19 new rollers, 9 new excavators, 2 new graders and more.
